Key supply chain metrics
- LIFR %
- Line Fill Rate: order lines shipped in full quantity divided by total order lines.
- VOFR %
- Volume Fill Rate: total quantity shipped divided by total quantity ordered.
- OT %
- On-Time Delivery: orders delivered on time divided by total orders.
- IF %
- In-Full Delivery: orders delivered in full quantity divided by total orders.
- OTIF %
- On-Time In-Full: orders delivered both on time and in full divided by total orders.
